How to Request Account Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

  • Compose an Email: Send an email to accounts@teams2go.online.
  • Include Details: The email must include your username and the exact message: “DELETE ACCOUNT”.

Data Deletion and Retention Policy

Data Deletion

All information and assets belonging to the user will be permanently removed.

Account Status

The user account will be disabled immediately upon request.

Retention Period

Data removal will be completed 30 days after the deletion request is received.

Organisational Accounts

If the user is an organisation, all associated employee accounts will also be disabled, and their data will be removed after the 30-day period.
